Cassandra will be playing Benjamin Britten's celebrated guitar composition Nocturnal After John Dowland.  As a staple work of the 20th century guitar repertoire, this is a truly magical piece which uses the theme from Elizabethan lute song Come Heavy Sleep to explore the differing attitudes and reactions to the idea of death.
